Navratri Puja Samagri & Vrat Groceries in Faridabad

Navratri in Faridabad plays out sector by sector: Mata ki chowki and garba in the NIT sectors and the Neharpar societies, and in individual homes the Kalash sthapana on the first morning, an akhand jyot for nine days, and daily Durga paath. A good number of families fast the whole nine days, breaking it only after kanya pujan on Ashtami or Navami.

We have split it into a puja kit and a vrat kit. The puja kit has kalash, jau for sowing, chunri, moli, roli, akhand-jyot oil and batti, dhoop, cowrie shells and a Durga photo. The vrat kit carries kuttu and singhara atta, sendha namak, sabudana, makhana, dry fruits and vrat spices. Add a Durga Saptashati, an extra chunri set, or kanya-pujan items, and we deliver before Pratipada.

That is simpler than the pre-Navratri crowd at the NIT main market or the Ballabgarh bazaar for kuttu atta and sendha namak.
