Karwa Chauth Puja Samagri, Delivered in Faridabad

Karwa Chauth in Faridabad is observed across the NIT sectors, Sector 15 to 21, and the Neharpar societies, usually as a shared evening puja followed by the terrace moon-sighting. The day is long — sargi before dawn, a nirjala fast, and the katha and puja in the evening — and mehndi is done a night or two earlier.

The Karwa Chauth kit we have assembled includes a karwa, a chalni for the moon-and-husband darshan, the katha book, roli, chawal, kalava, a diya, and a small shringar set. Add a sargi thali of dry fruits and mathri, mehndi cones, or a baya set for the mother-in-law, and we deliver a day or two ahead.

It saves the last-evening trip to the NIT main market or the Ballabgarh bazaar, where the karwas and chalnis are the first to sell out.
